Came here for a cheer competition, everything was going fine decent hotel. Woke up this morning to go get breakfast and was greeted by a fellow cheer mom telling me to go check my car and that a bunch of cars had been broken into with the windows busted. At least 10-12 cars from what I counted/ heard about. All the cars that were broken into were visible from the front desk through the pool window. Had the front desk/security been paying a lick of attention this definitely could've been prevented. Most of the cars that had the windows busted and were broken into were clearly visible by a near by security camera that was miraculously located above a car that had been broken into. Heard the front desk tell someone they'll only refund them 30$ on a stay that was more than 200$. I find this incredibly ridiculous. Cops came and all the cop did was take statements didn't offer to help anyone, cop said he knew who did this but told people he can't do anything unless he catches them in the act. How about the security camera right beside all the broken into cars... The cop and the front desk didn't seem to be surprised by this, which I personally find odd. I wouldn't recommend this place at all due to the fact that your car and your belongings are at risk while staying here. Below I have attached images of some of the cars that had been broken into. However the rooms were fine. If you're willing to risk your car and your belongings have at it.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Stayed for a cheer competition. Right after the security left for the evening several cars are their windows smashed out. (How convenient, seems like an inside job) Property stolen from the vehicles. Nobody was at the front desk and had they been there they would have seen this going on. (Clearly visible from the front desk) The management did not care at all and was very rude. Think twice about booking here, it is not worth the damage to your vehicle and the lost belongings. Had to drive back home 4 hours with tapped up windows.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely does not deserve a 3.9 rating. I only gave it 1 star, because 0 wasn’t an option! Our Cheer Parents stayed here Saturday night (01/27/24). 14 vehicles were broken into (windows smashed). Front desk worker supposedly heard nothing. Apparently it’s been going on for years (about once per month) and no one has been apprehended. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL!!!

We arrived on a Saturday and the lady at the front desk was super nice and polite! One of the better check ins we’ve received. However, once we got to our room it was not good. There was mold on the lampshade and on the sofa bed. It looked like the fridge had leaked and destroyed the cabinet that it was in which caused it to fall through some so we had to pull it out to open it. You could tell it was an older hotel and they must be working on renovations because there was paint slopped everywhere. The bathtub and curtain just felt unclean. None of the cable was hooked up to the TVs so my husband had to dig them out and connect them to the TVs. All the clocks were blinking or had the wrong time. The lock on the door was broken and everything just felt dirty. We did go down and let them know about the mold because we didn’t want my son sleeping on a moldy bed and they ended up moving us to the room next door, which was nice. However it was a less expensive room than I originally booked, and there was not refund given when we checked out. We won’t be staying here again.

Stated here Saturday night woke up Sunday to 9 cars with windows broken out of. Hotel didn't say anything but it's been a problem and there was no warning do to them not wanting to lose business. Local p.d didn't even get out of his car and was parked under the car port instead of letting the cars that are missing windows park there to dry off their car to tape up the windows. They also know who is doing it but have not do anything about it . They had Security but they left at 2am so it doesn't do anything if they leave. DO NOT STAY HERE
