The hotel itself is nice. But this is the first hotel I have ever stayed at charge you extra for bringing kids! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and once we checked in they informed me it was $21 a day for the kids to stay here with us. The rate is for the room not people. The breakfast is mediocre and tried to bring it to the room to eat while getting ready and informed us that if we take it to the room they would charge the room. This hotel is so desperate to charge every single thing. They will literally squeeze every dollar they can out of there guests. This hotel is so unethical that I will never stay here ever again! Stay at your own risk

Hotel itself is nice and clean except our room had a vomit like odor upon entering. Room size was nice also with each room being a suite. Also room didnt have any extra comforter or linen. Beware and dont assume anything. The front desk staff is trained to charge you for everything, from number of ppl to things like a toothpaste (if you forgot). Even checkout is strict, got a call exactly at 11 to checkout or i will be charged. This also during non peak season. Continental breakfast is a joke with only pancakes, some bread and cookies, scrambled eggs and bacon. No boiled eggs, bagel, fruits or even a decent bread/spread selection like other places charging this rate. Seems like you constantly have to be thinking about what they will up charge you next. Not the greatest experience and would not recommend.

Took us a little bit to find it but the place was really convenient once we figured it out where it was. The room needs a little bit of maintenance as arm on a chair was loose, the drawer on the nightstand wouldn't stay closed and it wasn't vacuumed really well, but the room was nicely organized and roomy and we enjoyed our stay.

Never went to any hotel where they investigate the number of people staying in the room, including kids. I helped coordinate for a group coming, was given a discount code which didnt do anything, went ahead and booked and told others also. Very embarrassing to have the group hassled for each family how many kids were staying in the room. Many other reviews have stated the same, I should have looked more carefully. If you are traveling with family dont come here. I expect The owner will give his typical response on we charge by people. Well thats not how the hotel business is, which is why your desk guy had to spend 15 minutes explaining it to each person. Have policies that line up with the industry or pick another business. Never again staying here.

This location is nice but needs a lot of work on customer service. First the welcoming was unwelciming. Second we were refused to each receive our own rewards point for each room. Third when rest of team arrived to check in we had to call the hotel & tell them that no one was @ the desk to check us in. 4th waited about an hour for kitchen supplies. Lastly fridge froze everything. I told them they "reset" fridge which did not help & didnt offer to compensate for lost food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
