        A decent hotel in downtown Vancouver. Hotel staff at the front desk was friendly. We did not use their restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The room was small, but nice and clean, with a balcony view towards other high rises. The door jamb was broken to the balcony, so we wonder if our room was a bit louder due to that. If you wish to get a good sleep, be prepared to use the ear plugs provided. There are homeless people outside in the alley who yell during the early morning hours, as well as sirens going all through the morning and night. This city does not sleep. Parking is 32.50 per night and it is underground parking. This may seem steep, but it pretty comparable to everywhere else in the area. Best Western has priced their parking accordingly. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The location may have a bit of riffraff around, but the price is quite competitive for the other hotels in the area.

        We booked to stay 1 night for 3 people. The room was actually very nice. Clean and well equipped with two normal single beds. However, the 3rd bed was a fold out soft bed. The one they provided was so lacking in cushioning that you ended up laying the frame of the sofa. It's understandable that the 3rd bed was going to be a comprise but this was not ok and was actually painful in the end. Otherwise the staff was good. Location excellent.

        I gave this 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. Horrible customer service and the rooms stink. Booked this hotel for a family outing, chose it because we called and told that there was a pool, which we thought would be fun for the kids. We got there to find out there was no pool. We ended up just sitting around all night doing nothing. After we left, we realized that we had forgotten a few of our jackets in the closet in our room. We called and they said they would look. We came all the way back and they said that the room had been cleaned but there were no jackets, and they said they would try to track them down. About 30 minutes later a lady came out and gave us our jackets. I should also mention that half the outlets in the room did not work. The lamps dont turn on, and only about 2 or 3 of the lights actually turn on. The best part about my experience at this hotel was leaving to go get dinner.

        I had a one night quick stay at this hotel and I was very happy with it. Great customer service, clean and spacious King suite and it had everything you would need for a nice stay. The location is very good, close to everything. The price to quality ration was also very good for a hotel in downtown Vancouver. Thank you for your hospitality.

        Strongly recommended! The concierge is super friendly and helpful. The staff are all super nice. The location is great to many famous spots. The suite itself is well- designed and decorated. It’s not luxurious but cosy and very clean, even the housekeepers are very friendly. The tenth floor room has fantastic view. The only problem we had was the small size of the beds. We ended up used the sofa bed in the living room. Overall, we really like the three-day staying.
