This is the classy type of European hotel you want to stay in. Excellent staff and service. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. Wide selection and Champagne for breakfast! Only a few blocks from the historic area of the city. Rooms are quiet, beds comfortable. The best hotel on our tour.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August and I can report that this is a very well run hotel, with exceptionally helpful and kind staff. The rooms are clean, ordered, and very comfortable. The food is also excellent ! The location is very near the centre of Zagreb which makes it well placed to either shop, sight-see or visit one of the many good eating/drinking establishments. Croatia is a great country and the people are very friendly. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and i look forward to visiting the country again.

Underrated! We Loved everything about this place. The rooms are very spacious. Windows are large and open for fresh air. Bathrooms are huge - ours had a tub. Beds are very comfortable. Decor is elegant. On the main floor they have complimentary citrus water, a library, work stations and a boardroom. The breakfast was 5 star fabulous! Fresh everything. Hot coffee or tea. Prosecco and orange juice. We will always stay here when visiting Zagreb. Walk to Old Town in 5 minutes. Good wifi. Friendly staff. Private parking lot.

Loved this hotel and the location was Fantastic!! Enjoyed the breakfast daily. Only downside was the shower was on the smaller side.

Was only one night in, but all in all great value for money. Clean and spacious rooms (bit too vintage for my taste), great breakfast 👌. Highly recommand it 👍

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
