        Stayed here for a week. Really comfortable smart 4 star hotel. The walls are full of pictures of movie stars. It has its own wellness suite and a rooftop jacuzzi. Lovely interior terrace garden with water features. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

        I stayed the first week of May. Positives: - Friendly Staff - 10 minute walk away from central (Cannes station) - Good toiletries and refreshments replaced everyday: towels, water, tea juice - Great, stable WiFi - Good hotel items: kettle, cutlery, iron, safe etc - On the last day, we were able to leave our luggage in the reception and come back for it. Negatives: - Although out of their control, beware of screeching birds or cats, this is persistent all hours of the day. I stayed at level 4, so maybe this is different in another level. - Breakfast costs 20€ a day which I found a bit pricey, as it was mostly continental breakfast. Although this is personal choice, and it was still very good. Hence 5 stars

        I think this is a fantastic hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious, compared to hotels of the same category. The cleaning is good. If I visit Cannes again, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

        The location of this hotel is quite central but the rooms are quite tiny. Hard to open a larger luggage piece all the way and still move around it. The balcony was quite large though not much of a view. It was clean and good enough for a one night stay. It was an it weird that you had to scan your room key to use the elevator and the fact that there were cameras everywhere. Made me wonder whether there was a lot of theft or possible crime. There is a parking lot pretty much next door if you have a car so that was convenient. Also rude front desk staff. I am glad that I only stayed one night in the hellhole known as Cannes.

        The rooftop terrace is *closed* after 10:30pm because „people could be too loud“ is like trying to educate guests in a 4 star hotel as your kids for doing something wrong… You are paying good money here without a good location or even view. We were getting an „upgrade“ from a city view to a „patio“ view when the city is actually the better one. Spa costs extra and a superior room in this hotel is less than a normal room in any equivalent hotel in the region (super small room, small bed, bed table is 1 meter away from the bed). This is not even matching 3 star standards considering the region we are in. First and last time Best Western. *Edit: A bikini of my girlfriend fell out of the window onto a roof which was accessible from the 2. floor with a key but the nicht receptionist (on 23. and 24.07.) was the most inattentive and unhelpful person i’ve met in a hotel so far, didnt mean to help us at all and just answering he cant do anything with a super arrogant smiley As I said, never go to this hotel If you expect 4 star service, this is not even 3 stars worth. *Edit: and the list goes on: every tea the hotel has in the rooms and even at the reception is black tea or grean which wakes you up at night. again, this hotel says its 4 stars….
