        Our experience at this hotel was amazing. The rooms are clean, pretty nice. Great view from the terrace in the pool area. But the best part overall was the staff, Jordan was AMAZING. He accommodated to all of our needs and made sure our experience was the best it could be, and on top of that he just has the greatest personality. Another shoutout to Wallace, he was also very helpful. We ordered a food delivery to the wrong address and he helped us out so so much. Thanks Best Western River North! Would definitely come back!

        Five stars for the Housekeeping Staff and the room size . The rooms are really quite big I'm pleasantly surprised. This place isn't new and definitely has signs of age . But for the price the location is great. You're very close to good restaurants, public transportation and not far from the river. Housekeeping is really good too - rooms are clean. They also have a pool which I tried in November and it was definitely warm enough. There's parking too . Pretty good spot . Try Bar Cargo up the street for Roman style pizza.

        Our room was nice and clean. The hotel restaurant with full bar was very good. The rooftop pool was great too. All staff were very pleasant, helpful, accommodating and it was quite refreshing. The best part was the parking attendant, Wallace! He was so thoughtful, helpful, welcoming, funny, and truly loves his job and cares about the guests. A great experience!

        The room was decent sized. It wasn't brand new but was decent and a good value for the price. Location was great. Was able to walk to tons of things to do and places to eat. Their signage for parking needs work though. All signs said you had to pay in the lot on your phone so I did. When I went in, the hotel employee said my parking was included in the rate and gave me an email address for the parking lot company where I could ask for a refund. I've been doing that for over a week and haven't gotten my money back yet...

        Elevators were tiny! You can tell it was a renovation. Not handicap friendly. Need chair height toilets and the mattress was a hard as a rock. Get Keurig for the room. No microwave or refrigerator. Shower head had weak pressure. Air unit clunked at intervals, sounded like someone was trying to break in.
