I ended up staying here because I was attending an event nearby and did not want to drive all the way home. I will say that the room was fairly large and even had a living room area and a patio which was great for entertaining or families. This was the basic room. However I will say that the entrance is fairly uncomfortable, the little driveway to get into the parking is extremely narrow and you have to be very careful. The parking spots are also very compact might not be great for larger trucks. They have complementary breakfast, which is actually pretty good. They have eggs and pastries, and a bunch of other things. The area is OK it’s kind of residential and extremely busy on Sepulveda.

We had to stay at this location because of the some mold issue at home and this hotel is the only one that's 2 miles away from us. First off, the front desk lady's attitude was very unkind. Instead of greeting us, she went "What do you want?" right off the bat. Not a pleasant first impression. Second, the hotel's elevator inspection is long overdue so it takes a long time for the elevator door to close. Third, parking is a nightmare! The parking space is super narrow and some guests would decide to double-park due to the parking spot being so tight. Hard to get in and extremely difficult to get out of the parking lot. The only reason why I chose to park in the hotel's parking lot was because I had a knee injury and I cannot walk far to park on the streets. Since it's a 2-star hotel, they do not have room service but breakfast is included which we enjoy. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are fun as well.

Great option for someone in a rush to get a quiet place to get some sleep and go on the next morning. Nice staff and there was a lovely man who helped us out to park our car and find our room. Women at the front desk were very nice. Only problem was the tight parking spaces and the rooms themselves felt pretty old and somehow dirty even though they were spotless. However lovely to see all the accessibility efforts around the hotel. Nice breakfast.

Will start with the positive stuff: The staff were wonderful, from Reception to the ladies working in the dining area. They are friendly, smiley and just beautiful. A big shout out to Paola :) Breakfast was nice. Checking in / Out was pretty smooth. The location is suitable for my visit purpose. close to Santa Monica and to Beverly Hills at the same time. The bad: The carpet in the room seemed old and dirty to be honest. Linen also had spots and didn't feel clean since they're old. The sink in the bathroom is annoying the way it's designed! Easily to hear noises from everywhere: Halls, Parking area. It was hard to sleep sometimes when people kept slamming doors and talking loudly. Will definitely come back if I even visit L.A again!

We arrived a bit early so the room wasn't ready, but they allowed us to leave our bags behind the counter while we walked to a nearby Trader Joe's. Only complaint is when we came back after check in time, the room was still not ready, but we had some snacks on the patio by the pool waiting for it, so it wasn't too bad. The breakfast was great for the quick mornings, they had a pancake maker, eggs, fruit, toast, coffee, juice, yogurt. It was great. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful, he even helped us with figuring out the transit system and directing us to the train station (which was a 1 minute walk away). Overall a great place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
