        Smallest toilet. For those with bad knees, this will be a problem! It's low to the ground. Weird. The TV does not get many channels, but I guess it's something. On the good side, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, decent parking, nice big room with comfortable bed, it was clean and had a decent breakfast. A great effort on the breakfast. Potatoes are usually not great, and they are not here, either. But they served what appeared to be real eggs, and you can make waffles and everything! The window that opens is another plus. I need fresh air. I was able to get fresh air into the room, so it was not a typical stinky hotel room. Good job, Best Western! However, I will say my room was warm. This is January, and my room got really warm. The AC is okay, but I think it might be too old? It never got past cool-ish. I doubt I would stay during summer. I can only imagine All in all, a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

        Awful hotel, they did not have the room that I requested. They instead put me in the handicapped room next to the lobby which was extremely loud all night and morning. Also, the shower had the lowest water pressure that I've ever experienced, and I had to use the sink to wash my hair. On top of that this place is extremely unclean, and they never cleaned my room despite me not being there most of the day. I will recommend everyone I know to stay far away from this place.

        The place was absolutely amazing from the size and cleanliness of the room to the location of the property. Although they were very full the staff was actually amazing! I arrived late and I believe it was Luis was very helpful. I was up early and left my key in my room while getting the wonderful breakfast. Also left my wallet at the same time and the gentleman that was there early in the morning was extremely helpful. I travel a lot for work and will make this hotel a must stay. Very well done all around

        Gave this one a 2-star overall rating because the rooms are very sub-par. Upon arrival to my room, the carpet was dirty with what looked like bits of dog food, and the room smelled of old, wet carpet. The A/C unit had one of its two dials detached, so I had to finesse it back into place in order to work it so that I could get the smell out of the room. The bathroom is pretty small, but that's not an issue. The business room doesn't have a fridge or microwave, but that's my fault for not paying attention to the room's description. All-in-all, the hotel has a very rundown feeling to it, of which is very evident when you step into the rooms. It's honestly stunning because the National City Best Western is MUCH better in regards to scenery, cleanliness, and ambiance. I honestly wish I just forked up the extra $60 a night to stay at the Couryard Marriott.

        It’s an old hotel. Breakfast and kind staff was the only good part of the stay. Bad locality as there are trucks parked all over the road, making it difficult to get in/out of hotel. Too much noise from outside because of being close to a major road. Room had terrible smell throughout the stay, possibly from carpet being wet for long time or room never have fresh air. Too small bathroom. I would not recommend it. Stayed there for one night.
