Andre is fabulous! You literally wait for nothing. He will be at your beck and call anticipating your needs! Breakfast was very good, fresh and hot. Rooms are comfortable. Traffic noise is rough so use the complimentary white nose machine they have in the room.

The location of this hotel is great since it is right on bay street and is a short walk to river street. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast attendant, Andre, stole the show! He was the the most friendly and accommodating breakfast attendant my girlfriend and I have ever met. Both she and I have stayed in numerous five star hotels and have never experienced such a positive interaction before. If we choose to come back to Savannah again, we would stay here simply for the fact that Andre made our stay that much more delightful.

It was in a great location with great rate’s comparatively speaking. The guy running the hot breakfast was one of the best at that job I have seen. The room was clean but it isn’t fancy. Beds were comfortable . I prefer interior corridors but we parked right in front of the room. Overall it was a great stay

The best attributes for this location are its location and friendly desk staff. There was also a very attentive breakfast area staff when we were staying. We enjoyed the 24-hour coffee and tea. The food was hot. Biscuits we're good, gravy not the most flavorful. Cookies are available in the evening. It's just 350 ft away to the river. We felt very safe walking to the river and back at night. We didn't feel terribly safe walking on Martin Luther King Blvd to the city market after dark, Jefferson Street was better lighted. The in refrigerator had no freezer, and hotel staff cheerfully stored our ice packs that we needed for food that we were traveling with. Coffee was a little weak. The lamp in the room was a little too short for taller people sitting in the chair. The size of the rooms was a little cramped. The bathroom was nice and big. While this was not the quietest hotel I stayed in, a sleep mask, and my sleep headphones did well to mask any ambient noise. The doors do open directly to a balcony or the street, I was not aware of any unruly guests or raucous noises.

We recently visited this establishment not too long ago and to our surprise they have been revamped. The check in is smooth and easy. Location is prefect for downtown festivities. I beg you to go across the street to el guero loco fr some eats. Back to hotel; pros: parking free Wifi easy access need front desk remote Cold air/ hot water Cons: ice machines were not producing ice. The breakfast staff ANDRE is phenomenal and charismatic. They will fulfill all your breakfast needs with.. “Good morning! Y’all want some grits? Simply the best hotel hospitality we have stayed in. We love it here and will continue to book here. In my last review there was sign of roaches and we were moved down. I brought our own spray just in case because for the location you cannot beat the price and NO ROACHES IN SIGHT!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
