Great location and bed was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly at check in, but never saw her again after that. Never saw any other staff at all. No fan, no AC, no elevator. Stayed 1 of 3 nights in room 214. When I arrived, the windows were open so the smell of mold and sewage from the bathroom was not noticeable. When I closed the windows to sleep, the stench became overwhelming. There is another complaint of the same problem from the neighboring room so this issue has not been dealt with, but there is not staff to complain to. Checked out first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. Way overpriced, even without the sewage problem.

Nice hotel with the best price; I stayed there for 10 days, and the room I booked was very big. The cleanliness was not that good, but I guess it would be considered ok for a 2 stars hotel. Ahmad at the reception was always smiling and welcoming. The hotel is literally less than 1 minute far from Aachen's central station.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate it a three out of five stars. The beds were comfortable and the room had good space, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, which was a great plus. However, there were a few negative aspects that impacted my stay. The biggest issue was the noise coming from neighboring rooms, which was very disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Additionally, my room was located next to a smoking area, and unfortunately, the smell would seep into my room, which was very unpleasant. Overall, while I appreciated the comfortable beds, good space, and friendly staff, but the noise and smell issues detracted from my stay. If these issues could be addressed, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Well, it's cramped and dirty and loud from inside and out... but it's cheap and very near the train station. There is only someone from 2pm till 10pm, other than that you reach a call center and recieve generic information. The bed and bathroom are almost miniature. The fire alarm was missing and there's cobwebs in the corners of the room. If you are only looking not to carry your luggage far it's a good enough place. You probably won't get murdered here. Probably.

Small but decently clean room. Perfect location. Literally across the street from the train station. Food within 30 seconds walking distance. There was supposed to be a refrigerator in my room but there wasn't. I just used the ledge on my window for drinks since it was cold outside lol

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
