My recent hotel experience was generally positive, earning it a solid four out of five stars. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. While the room was comfortable, it lacked a certain wow factor that could have elevated the overall experience. The amenities provided were adequate, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there's room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and a more personalized touch in guest service. The on-site dining options were satisfactory, but not exceptional. A bit more variety and creativity in the menu could have enhanced the culinary experience. Additionally, the ambiance in common areas was pleasant, although a more modern and updated decor could add to the overall atmosphere. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel delivered a decent stay that met my basic expectations. With a few adjustments and enhancements, it has the potential to become an even more appealing choice for future travelers.

I have stayed here for 4 nights, the room was incredibly great, the bathroom beautiful with everything you need (toothbrush, cotton pads, shower cap, soap, etc.) and very comfortable bed. Breakfast it was very delicious too. Perfect location with good restaurants/cafe’s in the area and the train station 3 minutes away by foot. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, quite central and very close to Roma Termini. The Colosseum is about 10-15 min walk from here. The hotel itself is well kept. The lobby is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a restaurant if you don't feel like venturing out. There is also a bar with a good selection of drinks. The rooms are lovely and clean. The beds are very comfortable and spacious. Would not hesitate to come back to the hotel and would definitely recommend.

What a great stay! We stayed here for 4 nights in the superior room and it couldn’t have been better. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom beautiful with everything you need (toothbrush, cotton pads, shower cap, soap, etc.) and the comfiest beds ever. It felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. To add, it was also very quiet and we were barely ever able to hear anyone else the entire time. Location also great with good restaurants/cafe’s in the area and the train station 3 minutes away by foot. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

My wife and I ended our Mediterranean cruise by spending 5 days in Rome. We are 73 yrs old and were a little nervous about getting around. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The concierge service was great, arranging taxi service when needed, answering dumb questions and providing suggestions. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. An easy walk to the Coliseum, Trevi Foundation, Capuchin Cyrpt, train station, etc. We have no reservations in highly recommending this hotel to anyone seeking a quality experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
