So glad we chose this place to stay in Rome. Big room and really refreshed. Bathroom was quite big and clean too. Nice service and very friendly staff. Enjoyed every bit of our vacation. Rooms are cleaned everyday very nicely. Prime location in Rome and feels safe too. I recommend this hotel if u are planning to stay and roam around in Rome. It’s kids friendly too. Breakfast buffet is fine but more options can be added. With that said breakfast is not at all bad it is good over all. We even did few room service for breakfast as our son wanted to play in the room.

Positives: You can feel the spirit of the past in this hotel, and I loved it: Rationalist architecture, marble columns and stairs, parquet flooring (something very rare in Italy), and old wooden furniture. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful. Negatives: The bathroom had no toothpaste or toothbrush, although they included all other hygienic items. The power cable of the tea kettle was too short and didn't reach the socket. The staff in the rooftop bar was not friendly.

A 1940’s hotel, it's easy to reach and with many sites within walking distance. I like the art-deco style and the period architecture. A family run hotel, they have recently refurbished it. Lovely halls and stairs. But their “pièce fort” is their roof-terrace bar, possibly the highest in central Rome. Really impressive with amazing views. Unfortunately a cloudy day when I went, it is a must visit.

The hotel itself was a flashback from a grand and elegant day & age. Great woodwork and sophisticated marble works make the facility very grand. It is super convenient to the train station. The service, however, left much to be desired. The front desk might have been the best as they were efficient but a unfriendly. The Food n beverage was not good. Bar service was way understaffed and generally not helpful. I had a much better experience at the Marriott.

Good fit for business trip. Refurbished rooms and delightfully old fashioned art deco lobby and marble starcaise. Breakfast buffet is generous but standard quality, missing gourmet Italian products

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
