We stayed at this resort because of its location and I’ll be honest…. I wish we didn’t. For starters we booked a garden view room and they put us on the street. We asked to be moved immediately and they moved us to a room with no view at all because it was underneath the street if you can imagine. I ended up upgrading to a sea view room which was nice. As for the staff, they were totally uninterested in helping at all. The service was the worst we have had in Thailand. Usually when you at are at a resort and you are at the pool staff are asking you if you’d like food or drinks…. Not one time were we asked in a whole week. If you’re looking for a 4 or 5 star in the area, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

Lovely location, but we didnt have the greatest stay here. Firstly - upon entering our room it smelled horribly of mildew. Kind of like someone left a wet towel in a hot car for a while. We then asked for a different room as it was unbearable - and the next room was much better in smell but I found ants running around in my bed about 15 times - even though I never ate there. Then, the staff also looked very unhappy and unwilling to help - I was almost scared to approach the breakfast staff for help setting a table. Altogether, I would expect more from a 4 star resort.

Great location on the beach, nice clean rooms, very kind staff. Beautiful resort and garden with clean and spacious pool. We enjoyed every dinner night beacuse of the romantic atmosphere with acoustic live music, keep doing that😊. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone going to Thailand!

Apparently the only rude and nasty people in Thailand work at this hotel. The woman at the poolside bar is absolutely horrible, but I didn't find any of the staff to be friendly. Also, this hotel has worse pillows than prison. The pillows felt like they were full of rocks wrapped in t-shirts. The worst pillows I have had in my life, and I've done a lot of traveling and stayed in some very cheap places. The breakfast was not good, even though they had many different options. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was its location on the beach. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

This 3-4 star hotel needs new management because the staff are untrained or they just dont care. The location is perfect but not much else. The pool bar staff are totally ignorant. The night time fireworks on the beach were just shocking, EVERY night until 3:30am. We complained to the staff who ignored us and then made excuses that they cannot control the public front beach area! They said they tried calling the police, what rubbish. Meanwhile the security guard at the front gate was snoring.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
