Beautiful resort, you get what you pay for overall. Rooms are clean but there is a smell from the toilet that lingers if the doors are open. Lots of hills and stairs to get to the beach which is hard if you are staying in the villas and have strollers. Breakfast is basic, nothing special. The staff are really accommodating and the view of the beach and infinity pool is what gives this resort its plus point.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Beyond, it was a beautiful resort and right by the beach as well. We were lucky to have gotten a villa with the sea view and it sure made my wife ecstatic looking at the sea every morning! The service provided by the staff is profess and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous! We would certainly love to return again and stay with Beyond when we’re in Krabi!

The scenery along the coastline and the villa at this resort are absolutely breathtaking. The living experience is so chill and relaxing, with a gorgeous beach and swimming pool. The food at the restaurant is also great. I highly recommend checking them out. Everything is truly magnificent!

A wonderful resort with an amazing view. Sea view rooms are beautiful and worth the price but garden view rooms are bit disappointing. Most of the amenities in garden view rooms are outdated and not so interesting to stay. I must commend on service and super friendly staff makes who made my trip wonderful. Resort has private access to beach and swimming pool with sea view views is breathtaking.

This is very much a 3 star hotel. But the reason it can pass for a “4.something” is because of the large pool and the view of the ocean. Starting from the beginning: Lobby area is gorgeous. And they greeted us with delicious hibiscus juice. Our group got the “garden room” and “ocean view”. Out of both views, the ocean is the best if you don’t want your “garden view” to just be some beautifully outgrown bushes and greenery. They will help you to your rooms whether you need help or not and they will not leave until you give them a tip. I know it’s common courtesy but just an FYI. We tried their resort food… and it was not impressive at all, i also had a mango smoothie that was supposedly done with milk… IF there was milk in it was definitely watered down. But I will add that their mojitos are amazing! The beds are super hard (which is something some may like) the lighting in the room is terrible (so if you have to do your make up in the room, sorry ladies) There was no electrical outlet on my side of the bed so i had to charge my phone on my boyfriends side. Doing laundry here is definitely more expensive and honestly all services are more expensive, going outside of the resort is always a better deal. I’d like to also add we can smell the bathrooms while we were ordering our drinks at the outside bar and at times when walking in the lobby🤢. They look clean don’t get me wrong but we can SMELL them in the evenings at the end of the day for sure. I mean It’s $130 a night for us we were expecting more. Other than the location which is beautiful… everything else is pretty mid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
