Terrible service. After we booked a room and the air conditioning was nog working they could only provide a bigger room for more than double the price, or a way cheaper different hotel for the same price. They did not try to help us in the slightest. We ended up booking a different hotel in their lobby in the evening when we were just tiered and wanted to sleep.

The Hotel has a really special acoustic: you can hear everything from every direction like they are in the next room. On one side a Hostel with a rooftop bar, the other direction with a chicken farm. Bring your sleeping headset or earplugs. Rooms are OK, and clean. They changed towels just in every 3 days. Location is close enough to the beach the the 5th ave. Price OK. Breakfast external from the Hotel, 5 min walk with 3 different menu, each day 1 dish, next day - next dish. (first day was water outage for 2-3 hours, but they solved it quickly)

IF YOU LIKE TO SLEEP, go somewhere else! Odd to state this but the hotel has huge holes as windows on each floor. Basically it is an outdoor hotel with a door to your room. All the noise from the street, the hostel, the Cafe, the parties, the trucks, the horns, the tires driving on the street, the everything shoots into your room. Guests are told to be quiet after hours however all the loudness mostly comes from the holes in the hotel. I have never seen a hotel built like this. They are under construction as well? 8 in the morning till about 8:30 a night you can hear drilling and other repairs going on. Around the afternoon everyday you ear a big dog barking in the hotel. Odd??? One day we had hand soap and the next day they took it away. We had to buy our own and the 4th day we received soap again. You get 2 towels and a bath mat but sometimes not. You might get a towel and 2 bath mats... The toilet has been running for 8days so that's always a noise in the room which bothers me a lot! The door handle is falling off to enter the bathroom. The water leaks out of the shower onto the floor into the bedroom area that is 1.5ft away from the bed. We have in window but it is fake and opens to the open aired hall. The elevator sucks and hardly moves. You have to press buttons about 5 times to get it to work. They offer breakfast but it isn't even located in the building... I'm so confused. I'm very very tired. Tired of hearing people walk above me or drag furniture up there. Other guests here seem to be really rude doing some really odd things. My neighbor next door talked on speaker phone for about an hour in the hall wearing only a towel on the stairs. The night before she banged on her door for 25mins at 4 in the morning. I am not new to Mexico. This is a horrible hotel with a great staff. If they give you soap!

Careful: SCAMMERS. Upon arrival at night they told us airconditioning wasn’t working in our room and tried to send us to a different, way cheaper hotel, or we could pay more than double for another room. They did not try to help us in any way. Do not stay here!!

Upon arrival tried to send us to a well lower quality hotel and further away, claiming the air con was broken to one of the rooms but that our friends room that would arrive later would be available - no sense . We have cancelled the booking by their request and it has been a nightmare to get the money back. Beware they are scammers

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
