The hotel provides several types of rooms in three different buildings. We stayed in building 1 (the worst one). Room don’t have a space for drying your clothes. Bathroom has no ventilation, so the humidity in the room was high. Also, the water from the shower was everywhere. On the other hand, they have nice swimming pool and great breakfasts. Also, the hotel was clean. We would recommend you to book a higher category of your room. It is located near to Old Phuket town, but far from beaches.

My stay at the hotel in Old Town Phuket was quite pleasant. One minor downside is that it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old town, but it's comfortable in the evening when the sun isn't shining. The hotel offers good value for the money, with delicious breakfasts. The pool has a great atmosphere and is in a fantastic location for photography. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and found it to be a great choice for the price.

We found that the online photo’s overstated the reality. Booked (and paid) for 4 nights but left after for one despite the hotels ‘no refund’ policy. We were advised that we’d been ‘upgraded’ however the room we were allocated was in an old building seperate to the main hotel. It was small, dark and dingy. The beds were also very uncomfortable. It’s definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Rooms looks old and isn’t clean, big bathroom. A lady at the receptions wasn’t friendly at all, but the rest was so polite. The location was great, walking distance to 7-11, Phuket old town. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby.

Our cleaning lady was so good and take care of us every day we had new towels and water and every three days new bed sheets! The location is very near to Phuket old town We were staying at room 1506 on 5th floor The only negative is that exactly down from the room there is a building organising wedding and they were waking us up at 8.00

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
