For a business trip I booked a hotel in the centre of Milan which not disappointed. Looking for a parking spot was hard in the first place but luckily this hotel offers a parking spot in their private parking. When checking in I received a free room upgrade to a gorgeous double room. The employees are super friendly. The hotel was in 15 minutes walking distance from the kathedraal and city centre of Milan. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would without a doubt book it again. The breakfast was really good!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a positive experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided the comfort I was looking for during my stay. The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. However, I did find the price to be a bit on the high side, which may deter some budget-conscious travelers. Additionally, one minor inconvenience was the fact that only one elevator was operational during my stay. This led to slightly longer wait times when moving between floors. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location. If they can address the elevator issue and consider pricing adjustments, it would be an even more attractive choice for future guests.

1st hotel of 3 months over 2 wks in Italy. Rooms were a bit “dark” feeling although the bed was very comfortable. Getting ice was quitr a production & we were charged for bottle of water & ice as being room service? Also it rained the entire time of our 2-night stay. No umbrellas offered & a sign stating “umbrellas $15 euro” So unwelcoming & it was obvious the staff felt guilty not being able to help guests stay dry in very strong rain. Not really a lot of close coffee shops, restaurants nearby… would’ve preferred to be a bit closer to duomo, etc but felt safe here. Breakfast staff & choices were fine.

Overall a nice hotel to stay in Milan and not that far from public transportation. One day I put up the no cleaning signage before leaving my room in the morning and came back in the afternoon found out my room was cleaned. Not that I complained because I was actually kind of flexible but it was just a surprising one. I believe some people have their own reason for their room not to be cleaned and maybe some of them would find this disturbing. Also I found a little bit messy on the tissue box while I checked in. I did not understand if that was their cleaning service way to put tissues in an aesthethic way (and I just didn’t understand art) or that was a messy organized of tissues (pictures attached).

We spent three nights in this well situated hotel on the eastern side of the centre of Milan. We had a "luxury" room, the definition of which does not really concur with the standard expected, being very small in size. The rooms appear to have been renovated rather recently, but they must have forgotten the sound isolation because we were woken up several times every night by ambulance or police car sirens and car theft alarms going off, as if the vehicles had been in our room. So bring earplugs and ask for a room facing the little side street on the southern side of the hotel building if you like to sleep through the night. Also, we think that better sound isolation between the room and the toilet/bath room is desirable. A few minor things like a shoe horn and sufficient number of hooks are missing. There is a roof top terrace but it's presently only accessible for private parties that have reserved. However, we managed to visit it to enjoy the view for a few minutes. Breakfast is rather mediocre, judged from our Scandinavian standards, with synthetic juices and lots of industrial products wrapped in plastics. Judging from Italian standards it's however OK. And please, update your music choices that dates 10-20 years and install better sounding loud-speakers, at least to save the minds of your nice waitresses! In summary, rather good value for money, in particular considering its location with good communications by public transportation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
