        The location is perfect, right next to the famous tram and funicular, close to many other sights, restaurants and so on. The street felt relatively calm, clean and safe for a solo female traveler. The staff was very nice and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, fresh, with enough options. The room looked nice and had everything needed. I would appreciate thicker/darker curtains, though. Sleeping in is difficult, because the room gets very bright with the sun. There were some flaws in the cleaning of the room on the first day, but it got better the next day, after I´ve brought it up to the reception. Overall, a nice place to stay.

        Nice room and bathroom but small, even for European standards. Our room faced the street and it was very noisy. The staff was friendly and happy to share suggestions, the breakfast was the best we had on this two week stay. There is a little lounge and deck area with coffee, tea, and cake always available. And the hotel location is walkable to pretty much everything.

        This hotel is simply amazing! The location is great, many bars and restaurants around the corner, many public transportation options around the corner and walking distance to many sights. The room we booked is huge and has all facilities needed. The breakfast is delicious, freshly baked breads, eggs, fruits and yoghurt. The staff at the front desk, in the breakfast room and of the house keeping are all extremely friendly. An amazing bonus for a sweets lover is the delicious cake (and apples!) that they have in the breakfast room all day long to enjoy with a cup of tea, coffee or just a glass of water. Highly recommended!

        I am not usually one to leave reviews, but Bica FLH suites deserves it. Our flight landed very early at 6 am, we made our way to the Hotel to drop off our bags and explore the city since we were not expecting our room to be ready. The front desk staff was able to give us our room at 8 am!!! Which allowed us to take a small nap and refresh before starting our day. The air conditioning is actually phenomenal (unlike many other European hotels we have stayed at) and the bed is extremely comfortable. The rooms are very neat and there is a nespresso machine and coffee cake at your disposal, ALL DAY! Coming back to this hotel after a long day of walking through the city is a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. 11/10 all around

        Great location, right in the center of Lisbon!  Really nice and helpful staff!  Clean and spacious rooms with very comfy beds. Lovely breakfast served in a beautiful lounge/breakfast area. Coffee and cupcakes at your disposal all day. Several bars, restaurants, cafés and a small supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again!
