I definitely suggest that you try it. For me, it was great and unique. I am sure that you will spend a good vacation there. During the 5 days I was there, I met very good and friendly friends. One of the service ladies, I think it was Maahin, if I'm not mistaken, she was very funny and kind. I hope she is always successful and smiling. I also thank all the staff.

The hotel itself does not deserve a 4-star rating of any kind. The food (breakfast) was terrible, stale and definitely not fresh. The service was kind of ... difficult. English is not the strong-suit of the staff nor the quality of their service. Their Spa- and Sports section was always occupied with some teenagers who just hung around the area for no reason at all.

I had a surgery in Antalya and stayed in Bilem for 1 week. I am very grateful for Firat for taking care off all my needs, he was really kind and helpful. I also want to say a special thank you for Serkan. He helped me a lot and took care of me and kept my room super clean. All the other staff members was very nice too. A great experience overall.

PEOPLE don’t visit this hotel!!! I came to antalya for honeymoon and the hotel I booked through Expedia was under renovation so Bilem Hotel was the only quick second plan. First 2 days were normal until today we came back at night to find that there’s missing belongings. The hotel management didn’t cooperate at all and the owner was disrespectful however we didn’t ask for anything just to find out where are our missing bags. DO NOT stay at this hotel and if it’s your only choice keep your belongings inside your locked luggage.

The worst value for money hotel I have experienced in decades of travel. Shower did not work. Poor airconditioning centrally controlled and the room quality is very poor. Agoda rating is nothing short of fraudulent as the reality of this dive is nothing like what agoda displays. The only good aspect is that the breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast host was excellent

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
