Nice little guest house very close to the night market The family that owns are very friendly. Big clean rooms they had a 42-in flat screen smart TV in my room but it didn't work. Also if you do need an elevator you're going to have to pass because there is none here. And the steps are pretty steep going up to the third and fourth floor. Breakfast was included that the owner cooked fresh for us in the morning before we checked out.

We just spent 5 nights at Bill Ben Homestay. The room was perfect; very clean, 2 super comfortable beds, nice balcony, clean towels daily, free water. So close to the night market, and just across the bridge from the old town. Free bikes are a definite bonus here. We didn't have breakfast, but it was offered. The owners and their family were so nice and accommodating. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

This was the most wonderful place to stay during my trip to Hoi An. The location is stellar, it is immaculately clean, and the family that runs the Homestay is very kind, honest, and trustworthy. They let you use their bikes for free, and can help you plan whatever day trips you'd like at a very fair price with no upsell tactics. I definitely would stay again!

I stayed here for 1 night. It was an excellent experience. I mostly like their cleanliness. It is neat and clean which makes anyone feels better. They have bicycles that guests can take for a ride in the neighborhood. And the owner was very friendly and super cooperative. One suggestion from me is they should put a waste basket in the room and a mirror. There was only one waste basket in the bathroom but not in the room. I think it would be great if they put these. Overall it is a nice homestay. Highly recommended.

At the center within minutes of walk. The host was super helpful and the room was very clean. There is even free bike for use. The price for yours was at least half price cheaper than what you are offered on the street! Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
