This wonderful establishment boasts a team of professional, kind, and knowledgeable staff. During our two fantastic and tranquil days here, I found myself so attached that upon checking out, I told my friend, 'I may have collected everything into my luggage, but I want to leave a piece of my heart here.' I highly recommend everyone to experience at least one night in this incredible place. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Tamaz for his outstanding work in Georgia. As a half Georgian, half Iranian girl, I couldn't be prouder of your accomplishments.

Incredible location, under 1 hour from the airport and outside the city but feels very remote and calming. The resort grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed walking around and exploring each day. It’s over 10 degrees cooler at the resort than the city, which was very enjoyable during my summer visit. The food was fantastic and there were plenty of options. Absolutely loved the berry lemonade. The only slight annoyance is that breakfast service does not start until 10am and there are no other options until then. As someone jet-lagged and coming from the USA, this was tough. The staff were all very pleasant, especially the reception and wait staff. The included diagnostic tests and salt room therapy were great. I also did a lymphatic drainage and sauna session, both of which I enjoyed. Great place that really helps you disconnect and reconnect with yourself, I highly recommend staying here in Georgia.

Let's talk about the real MVPs – the brilliant ladies managing the WhatsApp service! They were our personal superheroes, making sure every wish we had was granted with a smile. They turned our every request into a reality, going above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Now, let's talk about the food. While vegetarian options weren't on the menu, that didn't stop the culinary wizards at Bioli. They whipped up the most incredible vegetarian delights that left our taste buds dancing with joy. It was a culinary adventure we'll never forget! And the room? Oh, my stars! It was pure luxury and comfort combined. But the real showstopper was the view. It was as if we were waking up in a postcard-worthy scene every morning. The staff? They're the true gems of this resort. With their infectious smiles and warm hospitality, they made us feel like family from day one. My mom and I were positively smitten with every second we spent here. Having traveled the world, I can honestly say that Bioli Wellness Resort has stolen our hearts. We're not just saying this – we're already planning our triumphant return to this slice of paradise. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts and have never had conflicts or such rude attitude from hotel MANAGEMENT as here. It's such a shame because the nature there is so beautiful and the concept of a medical wellness resort could really work if it was actually followed here. Be careful with this resort, you may end up paying to renovate the entire room just because the room manager, Ilona, is too lazy to do her job and allows herself to yell at the guests while the GM is on her side, and apparently guests are liars. I was in Tbilisi on a business trip and didn't read many reviews about this hotel and didn't ask others, but it turned out that this resort is known for its terrible service. It's a pity that I didn't know this earlier... Also, the menu of the restaurants is not wellness at all, there is no dish description at breakfast buffet, I don’t eat pork and I want to know what is what. We wanted to order food to the room, half was not there, and in the evening they said that the kitchen was closed, although the menu says that sandwiches can be ordered all night. It is strange that there was no bath, but only a shower. Super small and old electric kettle… The staff does not smile, they start shouting and running over any disputes. The resort absolutely does not correspond to 5* and the prices they charge.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
