Lovely place to stay on HK island. Breakfast (from 7-10) is nothing special but if you ask nicely they can supply extra vegetarian food in lieu of the sausages. Pool seems to be closed in winter. Shuttle bus very helpful but daytime hours only (see PDF on their website). Occasional price specials if you book on their own website.

The deluxe suite room that I booked offered stunning views of the skyline. The hotels has many amenities including a reading room, small bible reading room, gym and swimming pool. It also has free shuttle bus services to a few MTR stations. Overall, it had been a pleasant and comfortable stay with lovely hotel staff and I definitely will stay here again on the next visit.

Very good hotel and excellent staff ! The rooms are clean and nice and the hotel free shuttle service is very helpful to access every attraction. Thanks to the very courteous lady at the front desk who upgraded my room to the harbour view upon request. Much appreciated! Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting HK

I would like to thank you to the staffs in this hotel and also to commend their honesty! I received a whatapp from the management asking me to contact them ASAP because I have left something in the room after checking out. Turns out that I have left HKD1040 in the envelope and it got tangled in the bedsheet when I was packing up. Bravo to you guys! The room size was ok for the price. I mean this is HK where space is a luxury. Near to the mid level escalator and also a in house shuttle bus. U get to feel wat it is like to be living in the Mid Level area.

I firstly booked 1 week and extended to 3 weeks. The hotel is not new but clean and well maintained. The suite is just 200+ sq ft but has a bedroom and bathroom. It feels quite homey. Finally, the view outside is heart healing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
