Pretty disappointed with our experience here. The staff were very blunt & not friendly. We only booked this hotel for the pool (only to be told it wasn’t open on Monday’s) so we couldn’t use it. The location is quite far out the city also, but close to the airports. Lastly, the wifi didn’t work at all.

Worst hotel to stay in. There are much better places to stay for the same price. You will be treated very poorly by the staff. Rooms are disgusting. They do not include soap in your bathroom. Beds are just a piece of mats on top of a box spring. Whoever gave this hotel a 4-star review should be ashamed.

The rooms are not clean, we found a spider in the bad. To enter the room you had to hit the door because it didn't open very easily Also, the barhroom is not clean (it doesn’t seem very hygienic to use it). It is very difficult with means of transport to the center, withal you have to walk from the station to the hotel on an unlit street. The stuff was ok, kind and helpful.

Our experience was TERRIBLE. First of all, my brother left his iPad inside our room and it magically disappeared (it was obviously stolen) tip: never ever trust hotel employees, even if they seem nice at first glance. That’s the second point. We went to reception to notify about the missing iPad and the receptionist that night literally said “this is seriously a pain in the ass” and continued to behaved arrogant and rude with us, he was "stressed" because his "number one" cleaner (who cleaned our room) would not do something like that... but why behave that way? everything was very suspicious. If you’re going to stay, at least take good care of anything you consider valuable. People here steal stuff from you and then treat you bad, literally manipulating you to feel like you’re wrong. OH, ALSO, wifi didn’t work, beds feel horrible, everything feels low quality
