        Going to keep this short and sweet. Don’t book here. The room I was booked into had a leaking air conditioner which ultimately got all my hanging clothes wet, as well as the shoes which I had put on the shelves. I had to request towels every morning and oddly enough was made to wait an excruciatingly long time before I would receive a single towel. The leak on the air con seemed to get worse as the days went by and eventually the entire room was soaked in water, which was absorbed into the floor panels. Consequently every step made would resurface trapped puddles of water from under the wooden floor panels. I had to spend 90% of my trip outside of the hotel to escape the horror I was faced with inside. All complaints are not met with an adequate response or solution. There was no suggestion to move me to a different room, issue a refund or help with alternative accommodation. Additionally, the air con was not fixed despite a technician being sent to inspect the unit twice. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel. If I could turn back the hands of time I would have overlooked this property and booked somewhere more reputable. Sometimes the extra money is worth peace of mind.

        Excellent location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Showers are hot, rooms are big and would certainly recommend. Only con I had was the bedsheets weren’t changed despite staying there for 4 nights.

        It’s Ohk, I’m not too impressed. There’s few things to consider for improvement: Clean floors regularly, consider getting bigger beds especially for superior suite upwards, definitely, definitely have a cough in the rooms incase you don’t want to sit on the bed. You don’t want to be on a bed each time you get into the room.

        The staff was preoccupied once we wanted to check in [As if we are bothering them] After eventually getting to the room we had to stay outside for like 10 minutes while they were still “cleaning” the room. The floors were still sticky, and the Balcony was not cleaned at all. There were cigarette butts, empty Champaigne bottles and fake flowers laying all over it. The Wi-Fi connected but there was no internet connection. I tried to contact the reception multiple times but no answer until it went straight to voicemail after a while. The whatsapp QR code that was given to have 24/7 contact was also not valid. The staff was nowhere to be found. As if they just dumped us there and forgot they have customers. The wind was blowing badly but no precautions were taken to ensure that the sound was less annoying, we didn’t sleep at all. The doors of the building also kept shutting loudly throughout the night. We booked the penthouse with breakfast included and ended up not eating after another bunch of calls to find out where we need to go and what time was not answered. There is a “minibar” included but till now I have not seen it. There was also only one towel, but we booked for 2 people. This was the worst night ever. We will NOT be back there ever again!!!!!!!

        I was staying in your Cape Town Hotel and I have to tell you that this was the worst stay of my life: I booked a room with mountain view but instead I was facing a wall with AC outlets, I did not even see the sky In the bathroom the floor was completely broken (picture 2 attached) which is very dangerous! The club next door was so loud that I could not sleep, the bass was so loud my room was shaking. 4But most shocking was the major security breach: I was in my bed and suddenly 2 other persons were opening the door to my room coming inside. I was shocked screaming and shaking. I went to the reception and it became clear that the master keycard (which can open every door) was given to other hotel guests and they were so drunk and tried it. I had to push the table in front of my door for the rest of my stay.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
