This place is brilliantly located right in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. It’s loud, but still not too disturbing in the room. The facilities are all well maintained and kept super clean. The rooms are really comfy and well lit. The sheets and toilets were clean and serviced everyday. The staff are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. The one odd thing about this place is that you get a balcony but you cannot smoke out there. You have to go to their lobby and smoke. It’s not a deal breaker, I got used to going up and down. I would still stay at this place once again.

**Location**: The hotel's location was incredibly convenient. It was a short walk to the beach, the mall, and even the famous walking street. Plus, the immediate vicinity had plenty of restaurants and bars. **Check-in Process**: The check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was efficient, pulling up our reservation quickly and processing it promptly. They even allowed us to leave our belongings when we arrived early, which was a great convenience. **Room Quality**: We were thoroughly impressed with the room. It was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The separate toilet, shower, and bathtub were a nice touch, as was the well-placed sink. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary amenities were abundant and of high quality. **Food and Dining**: The complimentary American and Thai breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also enjoyed a light BBQ and beer by the pool, which were both satisfying and well-prepared. **Customer Service**: The staff's hospitality was outstanding. They were all fluent in English, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Their neat appearance and casual uniforms added to the overall pleasant experience. **Value for Money**: Considering the range of services, amenities, and facilities like the pool, gym, and spa, we felt that the price we paid was very reasonable. **Overall Experience**: What truly made our stay memorable was the welcoming attitude of the staff. Their genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations, making us feel truly valued as guests. **Improvements**: While there's hardly anything to improve upon, we'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff for embodying the true spirit of hospitality throughout our stay.

One of the higher quality hotels. In a popular bar area that might not be perfect for everyone. Music was loud outside. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Clean. Good service. Good English. Was very happy to find this place among so many others of lesser quality.

Pros and Cons of this hotel are given below- Pros - - Location - Beach is 5 minute walk. You will pass through all the massage parlours and bars on the way you beach so be ware if you're traveling with family or kids. Otherwise, good for bachelors. - Rooms - They are good and feel like newly built however, my room had no view at all. - Service - Service is great and they take special precautions to safety of their guests with regards to visitors. Cons - - No food delivery allowed - You will not be able to order food from grab if you need. - No smoking allowed - Even if your room has a balcony, you cannot smoke there.

New hotel in Soi 7 and my first stay. Staff very friendly and do a good job. Had an accident the first night when I slipped over in the shower and cut my head open badly, managed to stop the bleeding myself apply a pressure dressing, went to reception but they didn't really know what to do, maybe they are missing a procedure for events like this, I walked to hospital and got treated , 4 stitches. Room service is OK, the food is quiet good. The list of room items that they charge for if you take them home makes for fun reading with the translation. Limited parking for about 10 cars in the car park. Great location in Soi 7 amongst the bars, near the beach and Central shopping festival. Good rooftop swimming pool, ideal to chill out with a cold beer and friends. The rooms have most things you need for a comfortable stay, I requested 3 extra pillows, no problem. I would have liked another mirror in the room so that when a couple are getting ready we don't have to wait for the other to finish, only a small point but would have made my stay a bit better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definately book again on my trips to Pattaya.
