Good location to find the food and cost of food not too high as like as another place 8000 to 10000won that fine here. They can except the Visa Card and Master Card just bring all of that kinds of card, so you can pay everything here. I do love to South Korea and stay again at Blanc Gangnam Hotel.

It is very close to downtown. You can go through the restaurant street and gangnam big street. However, check in time is a bit late and window is small.

It's a short walk from exit 5 of Seongleung Station (there are stairs and elevators). The hotel didn't have an elevator, so I had a hard time going up and down the stairs as I carried a large carrier. Check-in and check-out were very easy at the unmanned front desk, using the machine right at the entrance, and checking out using the mailbox at the front desk. There is a microwave, coffee machine (Starbucks coffee grounds), water server (both hot and cold), and amenities (including chopsticks and spoons) next to the front desk, which I think is very helpful. Common areas such as hallways have a strong scent. There was only one plug in the room, which was a problem. The hair dryer is also a type that cannot be moved, and there is no plug around the mirror, so women may find it difficult to apply makeup using hair irons. (A hair straightener was provided, but...) There was free water in the refrigerator. There is also a kettle in the room. You can also watch Netflix. The toilet is generally clean, and the bath is not dirty, but the shower is slow. There is no bathtub. I stayed for 2 nights, and although they changed towels and made the bed, they did not clean the room. There is a high-speed limousine bus stop just a short walk away from the train, so it was very convenient. There are convenience stores near GS25 and CU, and if you go a little further there's a 7-Eleven, a cafe, and fast food, so I think the location is good. I made a reservation through a normal reservation site, but it says it's a motel, so I wonder if the locals are using it as a love hotel...? The gasping noise from the other room was so bad I thought about it. Other than that, it's surprisingly quiet and comfortable. I thought it was just for sleeping, but it wasn't very convenient so I didn't want to go there again.

A motel-class hotel... There is no elevator and the smell of stale cigarettes lingers for a long time, perhaps because it rained...ㅜㅜ Provides a variety of amenities Location and service response are very fast and good!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
