[Rooftop] While the rooftop's setting is undeniably beautiful, with a super-cool decor, the overall experience was marred by deplorable service. Waiting 1h30 for our food in a 5-star establishment is simply astonishing. The burgers were barely warm, and the fries were drowned in salt, spoiling the pleasure of the tasting. What a total disappointment! Here's hoping that, when the sunny weather arrives, the restaurant will considerably improve its staffing levels to offer an experience worthy of its location.

Best hotel we have visited in Madrid and we like to go to Madrid minimum 3 times a year. Very attentive friendly staff including their hotel services. We also very much enjoyed the spa area and the Christmas decoration in the lounge/ bar was sublime. Great location, walking distance from everything we needed; mercado, restaurants, shops and bars. Beautiful decorated rooms, handsome staff at the door who gave us a very warm welcome every time we entered the hotel. Can’t wait to go back!!

BLESS IS A BLESSING 🤩 This hotel is a gem! Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the courteous and friendly staff. The magnificent bar and lobby will take your breath away. The interior design is just fabulous. Our room, a Junior suite, was quite frankly, one of the most gorgeous rooms I have ever stayed in. I believe all rooms in this hotels are impeccably, tastefully decorated. Bed is very comfortable, I slept like a baby. I am totally obsessed with the carpet throughout the hallways. Location is prime, walkable and of easy access to the main attractions, many restaurants and superb shops. A special note to the front desk manager, Jorge Lopez: Thank you so much for the attention given to us. Your professionalism and dedication was outstanding. Thus, I highly recommend BLESS hotel when in Madrid!
