Amazing hotel in Turkey. Rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. Staff are super cute, friendly and polite, and the breakfast is another differential of this hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel if you’re in Istanbul area.

A blissful stay ..... This hotel reminded me of great Turkish hospitality. We were warmly welcomed and greeted, offered tea before checking in and explained everything about the hotel. The hotel is in the heart of Sisli, an unbeat, vibrant area of Istanbul with lots of shopping and restaurants to experience. The rooms are sportless clean and huge with great bay windows looking over the street. Everyday housekeeping came and did a perfect job. The hotel has a restaurant attached with a ground level terrace looking out onto the busy street. Here you can have hot, cold or alcoholic drinks and hot and cold snacks. The best thing about this hotel is that the staff want you to have a good stay, they're polite and welcoming and make an effort. Great stay, highly recommend.

Great value for money. Sisli area is very nice and safe, full of shops and restaurants, just walking distance to train stations and there is also a bus stop just in front of the door. The staff at the hotel was super nice and helpful.

Beautiful place to stay I chose this hotel to stay on the last night during my visit to Istanbul, but the stay was equivalent to all the nights I stayed in 5-star luxury hotels. But in this hotel I received the most beautiful reception and respect from all the employees I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to the kind and kind employee Wahab (or as some people call him Abdul Wahab ) He is the most beautiful soul you will meet in Istanbul From the moment of stay to the moment of farewell...he is a respectable man and tries to help you in various ways and is always welcoming Also, the kind employee (Misha) is a nice person Accommodation details: Positives : -Respect for employees (mentioned previously) -The hotel is close to Sisli Station, Cevahir Mall and the most vital places -The rooms are good in size, spacious and clean -Wall split air conditioning Negatives : -The room's insulation is not good, and the sound of cars and neighboring rooms is very clear. -There is only one elevator and it is very narrow -The automatic lighting between the corridors is very annoying That is, it does not work until the sensor senses that there is a person walking I understand that it is to save energy, but as soon as you wait in the elevator for a few seconds and do not move, the lights go off and the place is dark until you move a little so that the sensitive person can feel you. -There is no lobby in the hotel -Breakfast is very simple

I don’t recommend this hotel because of its smoking policy. Unfortunately people staying at hotel smoke in the rooms and this leads to non-smokers inhaling second hand smoke. It doesn’t seem the hotel want to enforce the non-smoking rules. The breakfast was very basic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
