The rooms where amazing the service was brilliant but the only downfall was the food served at breakfast. The fresh bakery was cold and squashed. Ad a family we couldn't finish all the milk and juice and a lot of it went to waste. I recommend the staff or anyone working there create a sheet qhere guests can select certain items and how much to reduce waste. But overall location fabulous and the rooms were spacious and modern lived the atmosphere too. The apartment came with a free wine tasting at Churchill which was amazing and the view from there was amazing. Near there a taxi ride can take u to the shopping district where u can find the big department store el corte de ingles.

If I could, I would give 6 stars to Sweet Porto Apartment. The staff is so friendly and English-speaking fluently, especially what they recommended the Fado is really impressive. The suggested winery tour to Churchill’s is also fantastic and even for free due to staying in Sweet Porto! The location, cleanliness, and equipments are all perfectly, the only thing you need to be noticed is the address in google map is terribly wrong, the correct address is “Rua de Santa Catarina, 512, Porto”

Beautiful appartements right in the middle of everything. Across the street from Mercado do Bolhão! The service was excellent the staff is very responsive and accommodating. Take note that this is an apartment there are stairs and no cleaning during your stay. This was exactly what I was looking for but I know it’s not for everyone.

We just check out and want to go back again. Very very nice apartment. Great location, very clean and helpful staff. With elevator and air conditioner. Comfortable and feels like home.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
