        House was nice and clean, instructions were easy to follow and the location was good for the event we went to in the Olympia but we were in a downstairs room and the auto lights in the hall lit up our room every time someone came in and the people in the apartment above made a lot of noise, we had to leave at about 6am because they were being so noisy. Perhaps it would be better if the upstairs rooms were carpeted, to dull the noise of people walking around.

        From first appearances I wasn't overly impressed as in a slightly run down area however once inside found it it be a Lovely apartment. Good use of space in both kitchen and bedroom, bathroom slightly small but still overall very clean, hot shower, Very good value for money, slightly out of centre but with a £10 taxi right down to Albert Dock didn't think was too bad. Would happily stay here again.

        We stayed here to go to an event nearby and found the rooms comfortable with great amenities (Tea, coffee, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, TV with Netflix, Amazon etc, nice bathroom). The location is great for anyone wanting to get into the city centre, not run down as a previous review stated. It's a residential area, but nothing scary. We even walked back from the event and were perfectly safe but an Uber in cost £5. There's also plenty of busses around that area. The loss of a star is simply due to the sleep disturbances due to noise (I know this can't be helped but it was so loud above us, perhaps carpet up there would help dampen the noise) and the automatic lights going on and off in the hall (some sort of seal around the door would probably help.) But the room was very comfortable and I'd consider staying again. To add: there's a review left today about the door being stuck, we actually left really early because those people were hammering on the door then making a lot of noise upstairs when they got in. I don't know how they got locked out because we had no issue getting in and we used the front door 3 times.

        Would not recommend couldn’t get into the room when arrived then went on a night out n couldn’t get back in as the door was broke. After they told me they was gonna fix it

        Untrustworthy and lying people. We had a reservation for April 14 with expectations of staying one more night. 12 hours after check-in they unilaterally canceled us, which is why we arrived in Liverpool with our accommodation paid for but with nowhere to sleep. It was impossible to communicate, both with OYO central and with the apartment owners, who called hours later citing heating problems. After a while they told us that they had already solved it and they sent us a new reservation 50% more expensive than the original reservation. Shameful and irresponsible attitude. Not recommended at all. Untrustworthy and lying people. We had a reservation for April 14 with expectations of staying one more night. A few hours before check-in, they unilaterally canceled us, which is why we arrived in Liverpool with the accommodation paid for but without a place to sleep. It was impossible to communicate, both with OYO central and with the owners of the apartment, who called hours later citing heating problems. After a while they told us that they had already solved it and they sent us a new reservation that was 50% more expensive than the original reservation. Shameful and irresponsible attitude. Not recommended at all.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
