My review is about the cafe. I didn’t locate a link just for that… it looks really beautiful and there’s a variety of dishes. We were in a hurry to catch a bus, so just had iced coffee and croissants. Croissants were warmed in the microwave, which made they soft and bad. The coffee came with a lot of plastic, a problem all over Thailand. If one don’t ask it to go, you could be nice and pollute less the planet by serving it in reusable cups. Also… please avoid plastic straws. In my opinion, such a beautiful place has to improve its standards for details and things that matter.

It was one of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were amazing, so comfortable we wish we had more nights there. There was a pantry on each floor with free items to eat and drink. Cute little coffee shop downstairs with lovely desserts. we will definitely be staying again and will be recommend it to anyone I know

Such a lovely and cosy little place. Rooms are large and spacious. Cleaned daily. Free coffee, tea, water and instant noodles. Short walk to all the shopping and centre of old town. Close to 711 for little conveniences. I just didn’t like the street as it was rainy season and there were puddles of water which flooded the street making hard to walk. Otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful quaint boutique hotel with a cafe on the first floor. The carrot cake and drinks were so yummy! Please note that there’s no lift so you got to carry your luggages up to your rooms (ours was on the third floor and oh boy, how we regretted not packing light!). On both nights that we stayed at Blu Monkey, we had to leave the early for our activities before the cafe’s officially opened (8am), and the staff were so kind to pack cute lunchboxes (which include sandwiches, fresh orange juice and yogurt) for us to bring along. Truly appreciate this kind gesture. Other than the intermittent water pressure in the shower, the stay was really pleasant and I’d definitely return again if I have the chance.

Excellent service. The staff is very helpful, especially Khun Beau! Good room. Free cup noodles, snacks, tea and coffee on the third floor and free self-service laundry on the second floor. There's no elevator but it's not a big deal for me. Easy to get around Phuket downtown. The cafe on the first floor is very nice. At this price, the hotel is beyond my expectation!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
