Very nice and good appearence hotel. Very good location, there is Kata beach near and a lot of local restaurants, market in the street. Villas are large and comfortable, big pool, it was very good hotel to stay with a toddler. Tasty breakfast, very good spa, good price and quality massages. Also I did my manicure while staying, it was perfect, because it is very hard for me to find a good salon. Recommend a lot!

Pleasant experience staying here. Got the room with Poolside Access, do note that it’s a shared pool with the rooms next to and around you. The rooms were clean and tidy, apart from the sighting of lizards on some nights. The space was quite spacious for 2 people too. However, I was quite surprised that they did not provide disposable toothbrushes here Location-wise, it’s a 10min walk to the beach (or you could take a shuttle bus from the hotel), and there’s a couple of restaurants opposite and around the area (though it’s lacking a nearby convenience store). It’s about a 80min drive away from the airport, and a 30min drive to Old Town Phuket. Service here was good, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay! The place had spacious rooms with a pool right by the terrace, which was fantastic. The bathroom was nice, but it could use something to stop the water from spilling on the floor and reaching the toilet. The surroundings were calm, no noise bothering us. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices in a big eating area. Also, it's close to the beach and restaurants, so that was handy. A really nice spot for a relaxed vacation!

The rooms are okay, but the vent wasn’t working in bathroom. The cleaning is good, bed is always clean and made up and you never notice the cleaning personnel in your room. The service is 4/5 because the bike rent guy wasn’t friendly at all as if he doesn’t want to give me the bike and even asked me for international license, elsewhere no one cares as long as you sign the contract anyways. Comparing to another hotel I’ve been for lower price all personnel was very welcoming, always smiling and saying hello. The breakfast is very poor and the same, only mango and eggs with rice were something to eat in the morning, everything else is not very appealing. The location is good, but we had the last room in the maze, very difficult to find where you are and easy to get lost. The neighbors were load one night and the acoustic is loud in the pool view so everyone can hear you well at night. Can’t say I’ll stay next time rather than picking something cheaper and better. Paid 1600$ for 2 weeks

Had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service provided was impeccable and the room service food was tasty. Close to kata beach as well, only a 7 min walk at max. Only thing lacking is the breakfast menu being slightly limited. 10/10 would stay again :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
