Great hostel, stayed here for a stag-do (8 of us shared one dorm). For the price we paid, I couldn't have expected better! Toilets/showers nice and clean, rooms are basic but do the job (wooden bunks very noisy though), 24/7 access and an excellent location in Riga's old town - a little noisy yes, but that comes with the location.

The bed was comfy. The lockers with locks were handy (you don't need your own padlock like in many other hostels). The location is perfect, very central in the old town! Beautiful building. The atmosphere in the female-only dorm and the common room was really nice and I met many friendly people.

The Good Brilliant location in an iconic building in the heart of the Old Town. Dorm room capsules are quite boxy and the mattresses are certainly firm. Each one has its own locker, light and power socket. Cotton bedding and towel are provided. The Bad You need two codes and three keys to get in the rooms and I was up in the fifth floor so big hike. The plumbing needs attention, smelly and slow draining plugs. Just two shower rooms on each floor, single sex but no privacy or space to hang anything and the stalls were small. The square is noisy, I was here weekend of international football game 🤦🏻‍♀️ No a/c so windows need to be o pop em and pods are airless. Not much hanging space.

Bit disappointed by this hostel. Issues included beds that creaked every time you move, no blinds/curtains in the room so light came in, no air con, had to leave window open and there was a concert outside so was very noisy and bright lights until around 2am. Not much in each bunk (no mirror, no shelf, only one plug socket). No mirror in room either. No spoons or forks in the kitchen so had to go out to get food. Shower rooms had more than one shower so not as nice as other hostels I’ve stayed in (no place to get changed). No luggage storage. Generally quite clean though and okay for one night. Good location. Price reflected what I got.

cannot beat the location. the beds were cozy with a light and electrical outlet. decent kitchen, just slightly small if there’s multiple people cooking. was never waiting on a toilet or shower. would happily stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
