What an amazing stay! This is the best home stay we have ever experienced. The owners are so incredibly hospitable and so kind. We arrived at 5am and were welcomed and showed to our rooms immediately. We were given tips on where to go in Hoi An including where to get the best tailor made clothes. We are very grateful to have stayed here and cannot recommend it enough. They dog is also so cute!

This hostel was amazing! The AC was great and the beds were very comfy :) even the shower was quite nice! The hosts were so so lovely and friendly and they have a cute little puppy which never hurts either! They had brand new nice bikes for us to rent which were awesome and the host was very helpful the whole time. I ended up falling off the bike at one point and the host took super good care of me, brought me ice and helped me find what I needed to feel better. My girlfriend has trouble finding a bike helmet that fits properly (most are too big) and the host let her borrow his own personal helmet for several days as it fit more safely! He was available 24/7 for any possible need! I would happily stay there again!!

The Hostel is run by the nicest owners! We arrived very early by sleeper bus (06:00) and were welcomed with coffee and tea by the sweetest lady. Even though check in is 14:00 we were given the room immediately which really saved us! Furthermore, they have the cutest little dog ready to play in the reception! I have no complaints about this homestay whatsoever!

Had a perfect stay from start to finish. It’s just outside of the city centre, away from the buzz but just a short walk and you’re there. The rooms are clean, well facilitated and comfortable. But most of all, the couple that runs the place are generous, hospitable and hard working (they have a cute dog too). Very sweet souls who help you out with anything! I would definitely recommend you to stay here in Hoi an if you are looking for a quality, calm and comfortable homestay. Loved it.

I had spent a lovely couple of days at the homestay. The host was absolutely friendly, kind and helpful. He speaks English well. The security dog just made our days even better. The room was clean, and organised, the bed was comfortable and if we needed anything we felt free to contact with the host. Recommend this place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
