Very clean, well designed little room with spacious bathroom. Everything works perfectly. Ordered windowless room and it's quite comfortable. Fantastic location at reasonable price. Update: After a few hours in my room, I have to agree with other reviewers who found the hallway noise really annoying: it sounds as if there is no door at all to your room. Possibly some carpet in the hallways and sound insulation inside the doors could fix this. And yes, you can hear karaoke late in the evening, even without windows.

A simple hotel. Rooms quite small but excellent value for money. Very clean, excellent bathrooms (Shower in bath) The hotel's location is 1km walk to Ben Thanh. Located in a strong Korean/Japanese food/ bar street. Excellent comfy queen bed. Tien and Miss Bella were very helpful at the front desk.

I wanted to book a room at this Hotel 2 days in advance (walk in) and the receptionist took my details but wouldn't make the booking. She assured me that the room would be available on the day we wanted and for the price we agreed on. Arrived 2 days later and the receptionist on duty knew nothing about it. They had a room but not the one we requested and not for the price agreed upon. Not very understanding. Had no choice so we took the room at a higher price. Therefore I cannot recommend this Hotel due to the lack of professionalism.
