My partner and I had a great vacation here for the winter break. This is a smaller and more quiet resort that was great for a relaxing trip - this is not the place if you’re looking for a party or more upbeat place. The resort is built in a mangrove forest, with trees shrouding over the walkways. We didn’t have any issues with the bikes, and also enjoyed walking around. The food was good and mostly a la carte. There are a few things that could be improved - but they didn’t bother us that much, and we also realize that this place has survived pandemic, tropical storms and the like: - the washroom in the beach restaurant didn’t flush well - Our room wasn’t always fully replenished each day - The beach bar felt a bit understaffed, at least for the winter holiday high season All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet sun destination getaway

Me and my wife just got back from a week long stay at Blue Diamond and we are already missing it. It was serene, calm, and one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. If you’re a decent human with normal expectations you will absolutely love it here. (We encountered a few angry guests that appeared to be Americans with entitled attitudes- don’t be like them) Tip the staff and be kind, they will go above and beyond. This is definitely a quiet resort filled mainly with couples and smaller groups, so if you are looking for a bumping party scene this definitely not the place for you.

Nice and peaceful place. If you are looking for a huge busy resort with ton of activities, this one may not be for you. If you looking for peace and tranquility with significant other - you won't be disappointed. Can it be improved? Yes, here and there, some things can be quicker, some things can be fixed, however staff attitude and attention makes up for everything. I did feel like at home there. Will definitely come back

Me and my wife stayed here for a week and it was fantastic. The service was very good and the staff were friendly. The location was beautiful with lots of wildlife. Food and drinks were excellent. There were beach chairs available each morning and usually an umbrella also. The Palm trees provided nice shade as well. We will definitely return in the future. Alejandra was excellent in facilitating things for us. Hernesto was great. Thanks for a nice trip.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel recently. We wanted an all-inclusive resort without the crowds and kids and we found just the place. The resort is like an oasis in the jungle that opens up to a beautiful beach. The food was fresh and elegantly prepared, great variety and excellent service. Hernesto was our waiter for most of our meals and we were sad when we had to say goodbye! The beachfront pool and lounge area was relaxing and the private beach club was secure, impeccably maintained, and never more than a few guests there. We had our lunch on the beach several days and it was a delightfully luxurious experience. We had an incredible couples massage, a good workout in the gym (which has very posh Kinesis machines), and a relaxing time in the spa which has a dry sauna, steam room, and relaxation pool. We've read some of the negative reviews about this hotel and while the hotel could use some attention, like there were a few boards on the floor of our room that need to be repaired and our shower dripped, the hotel is in very good shape for its age and location. It's important for people to realize that this hotel is essentially located in a lush jungle adjacent to the beach which is a very challenging environment for hotels and mechanical systems. The hotel is spread out which is great if you want to avoid a crowded, high density experience, but I can see how it would be challenging for folks with mobility issues. There are bikes (which could use some TLC) an impeccably maintained walking path, and you can get shuttled around by bellboys on golf carts but there can be a long wait at peak times. We had a great time exploring the beautiful resort grounds and the artistic water features. There were some mechanical quirks but overall the atmosphere, food, and service were top notch and will certainly be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
