Small but very excellent hotel for a business trip. Staffs are extremely kind and supportive. Room conditions are excellent. Breakfast is not served in buffet but i can order almost any dish from the menu and they all taste good! I would definitely stay here again

What to say about this hotel. The street to the hotel is very low, However, is very neat and clean from inside. No street noise. Near to vietnam convention center and Big C. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Break fast is decent. They will make sure you are comfortable. All in All very nice experience staying In Blue Hanoi Inn city hotel.

Basic but Clean Budget Hotel I chose this hotel ONLY because it was for close to my work place and i was on a business trip. While the neighborhood is dodgy and the price of the hotel made me think i am going to be treated to a real poor quality accommodation and hospitality i was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had. Friendly staff who spoke decent English. Clean rooms, good enough breakfast etc made this hotel a great bargain with the right amount of class. LOCATION: Not a good location if you are a tourist and want to do sightseeing. Quite far from All points of interest! DINE + DRINK: They have a sweet restaurant at the lobby serving breakfast with a good spread of local cuisine and some continental stuff. ROOM: I stayed in 503, so this review is based on that; VIEW:Random city view ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Bathtub with a good shower head as well as a Rainshower!; TOILETRIES: Very low quality ones, bring your own! FACILITIES: NO Gym or POol, but there is a place called MD FITNESS where you an get a daily workout pass for 2 USD and it is pretty decent and walkable from the hotel! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the night staff at Front desk HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

Located close to the National Convention Centre and Grand Plaza Hotel, the rooms are newly renovated and decently sized. Taxis don't really know the address as it's located off the roundabout. Breakfast is good for 3- star (esp. the banana pancakes - which are like pikelets), although the bacon is soggy and underdone (crispy is better). Maid threw away/stole my half-used Colgate toothpaste for some reason so make sure to lock up your toiletries! Finally, also BE CAREFUL for any arbitrary late checkout charges - reception tried to charge me a late checkout fee for being 25 mins late, with no call reminder or notice of late charges.

Nice hotel in Cau Giay District. Teh bed and toillete are clear and the host is very helpful in booking. They have the motor parking in house so no worry if you want to rent some and go around the area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
