We loved out stay here! This hotel is an oasis of peace and serenity. Mornings here are perfect with a nice view of the beach. The pool is amazing and the whole ambiance is great. Staff here is the sweetest! You do need a scooter to go around but there is a market across the street and also lots of restaurants nearby, just a 5-10min walk. Definitely recommend staying here if you want peace.

Amazing Hotel. YOu will immediately feel the peace of the place, it's very calm and serene outside. Decor, infrastructure, cleanliness. I got to say this is the best stay we had in Thailand. Ferry operators drop you here for free, just tell them the name and Moo 5 as address. Hotel even arranged a scooter for us, for reasonable price.

Spent here 3 days and it was paradise. The view over the cliffs above see was magnificent. Very friendly staff, who made delicious breakfast. Lot of fruits included. All pictures from booking were real. Good for those who like rather quiet places - no parties around.

Very nice and friendly Hotel. Railay beach was not for us so there was not much to see. It was nice to read books by the pool. But since we had different expectations towards Railay we left earlier than planned.

An incredible experience in this hotel... a little paradise, a haven of peace. The staff is very attentive to information, reservation of means of transport (tuck tuck, taxis, etc.) Location facing the beach alongside restaurants, a preference for the Joy café! A stop at this hotel is worth the detour away from the mass tourist parades.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
