Service were generally lazy and unhelpful. Rooms stunk of cigarette smoke from previous guests. The front door of our room was falling off its hinges and therefore wouldn't lock. Motorbike rental service is overpriced - death traps - so dangerous and staff apathetic towards that fact. Room's fine. No properly placed power outlets or hot water. Overall: overpriced and we left unhappy. There are much cheaper, much nicer places with direct access to the beach.

We had a rotten experience at this resort. It shouldn’t even be called a resort but more like a one star dive. Firstly, we informed the reception that the hot water didn’t work and the mattress wasn’t clean so we made a request to switch rooms. The reception said they would send a technician over and we waited more than 2 hours and they still couldn’t fix it. We wanted meet the manager but got these excuses and someone would call us. Nobody ever did. On top of the lack genuine care, the overall value is low. The bed and towels feel cheap. Who calls this place a paradise?

I love this place, it is a true oasis. The staff is kind, prices in the bar are fair. And the breakfast buffet is good enough. Location is super, it is calm, close to supermarket, close to beach and several restaurants. It is cheap to take a cab or rent I motorbike to get into the town for more shopping och more bars. There is a couple of bars in the vicinity.

I booked Blue Paradise while visiting Phu Quoc. A very nice and reasonably priced bungalow style open air garden pool ambiance. High value excellent buffet breakfast and super friendly hospitality from everyone plus quiet location 5 minute easy walk to Long Beach areas. Perfect for families or solo travelers!

If I absolutely had to complain , it would regard the solar water heater not working too well first thing in the morning as an issue ... But thats it ! Good breakfasts , wonderful staff and three or four minutes from a beautiful beach . No shortage of terrific restaurants in close proximity either.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
