        Good place to stay! The owner is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice. If you order breakfast for a certain time, be there 10 minutes before. They have it ready way ahead of time and the eggs will be cold. Also the coffee could be better.

        We had a fantastic stay at Blue Pillars in February. The room was spacious and clean and had the best shower of the trip! We had the Sri Lankan breakfast each morning which was the perfect start to the day. The location is just right, nice and quiet but an easy walk into town and to the lake. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Stuart! Thanks again guys!

        This hotel has recently been renovated. It has been well done, just small things we would have done otherwise. Why using a shower curtain? The new curtain is already dirty and the floor gets wet anyhow. A glass door would have been finer. There is obviously spend a lot of money so why is the hotel sparing on such minor things. Also strange that there is no hot water in the sink, while a thermostatic tap is installed. The bed is really fantastic and it is easy to walk to the centre of Kandy. The staff is friendly. And the breakfast is also OK for 6 dollar. We only did not understand why we had to order the breakfast 1 day before and even book the time of the breakfast.

        Great stay! Best service we had on Sri Lanka. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Tidy rooms, nice design. -There’s a police dogs training station nearby, so some can be irritated by their barking. Although they don’t bark at night, mostly evenings and early mornings. -Our first towels were not very nice but we got them exchanged for nicer ones as soon as we asked. -The shower curtains might be exchanged for a new ones (room number 7).

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
