Unreliable and very unsafe place. There is a bar on the ground floor of the hotel to attract tourists and steal their money with invoices that violate the menu prices and add fake service prices. Beware, beware, beware, don't go.

Had to stay for one night, very disgusting and dirty place. It's so surprising how they are even allowed to run this place and it looks very sketchy. They don't clean the rooms at all, carpets are dirty, the entire room was dusty, and omg the bed sheets.. they had stains and hair, I can't believe they didn't replace the sheets before anyone checking in, i had to request for changing the sheets. It was not comfortable at all to stay there. rooms are too narrow, wifi is sooooo bad, there's no view at all and can't get any privacy since it faces buildings from all sides. furniture is really old and worn out, broke easily during our stay. bathroom door doesn't close properly, they kept used rolling papers in the bathroom, even towels didn't seem clean nor new. Very depressing stay, never again. I didn't even dare to try their breakfast because of how horrible my stay was. it's not even in a great location, there are no nearby shops or restaurants.

🔞🔞🔞 DON'T BOOK THIS "HOTEL"🔞🔞🔞 This place is not a suitable place for families or people that have some decency and dignity. It is filled with very filthy people. Don't book it through booking.com since they don't look at the bookings and will just take money from you with out giving you a room. We had to experience that first hand with two little children and a very tired family after a long flight from Germany. If I could give zero stars I would, bit unfortunately this is not possible.

I do not recommend going to the bar at all. It is a set up. They tried to over charged me 325 JD for 4 mix drinks! I wish I would have kept the receipt but I did not. Then when I told them that I was going to write a review they dropped the price down to 265 JD for the same 4 mix drinks but that's still way too much. Be careful it's like this a lot in Jordan. So be careful.

⚠️SCAM⚠️ Do not book! It's a old moldy dirty "hotel" with scammers that will rip you off if you go into the bar. I don't know how they are still open.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
