I would like to express that I don't strongly recommend this hotel from my personal experience. The check-in process seems to be rather slow, requiring approximately one hour or more to prepare your room. Additionally, I noticed that the lounge/waiting room appears dimly lit, and there don't seem to be any compensatory offerings from the hotel, aside from the welcome drink.

I did a mandatory 5 days quarantine here and I am quite satisfied. The room is big for one person, bed is comfy and clean, you can also open the window a little bit to get fresh air. The downside is the room not that new so you can see some rundown, no refrigerator, and it is clearly not soundproof that you will hear people next door talking or sound from the street/mosque close to the hotel. Food are tasty but not my liking, so I ordered some room service which is very cheap to hotel standard. Staff is very kind and polite with guest, the customer service reply very fast and can cater your request. Overall I recommend this hotel to do your quarantine.

The bed was very comfortable and the service was always prompt and delivered with a smile. I enjoyed the funky style of the room design. I was served three meals a day during my 10 days quarantine stay and was consistently enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and the value second to none. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
