The room was clean. The furniture, AC, shower and tap were definitely older. The rooms facing the street can be rather noisy in the morning, but still acceptable. Generally the impression was good.

For sure a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure to eat here, but everything else was fantastic. The location was brilliant and so convenient to get to everything. The staff were friendly and overall I couldn't fault anything at this stay. Housekeeping was amazing thank you.

I was there with my friend, we stayed for 2 days in this hotel. The room was so good. And the staff they were very friendly and kind specially Donut. She was very amazing she helped us a lot. If you want to have 1 day trip during your stay. I recommend you to contact her cuz she has a lot information about Krabi. She very helpful and professional.

I stayed in room 401 . What a beautiful room. Very kind staff at reception. Extremely helpful and very close to everything including the beach. My son is a teacher in Thailand and will be visiting this hotel frequently going forward on his trips to Krabi. I shall definitely return and will spread the good word about this lovely hotel to all my friends and colleagues in United Kingdom. Thank you Anita

Big rooms, very good and fair price, good AC, amazing pool!! Great location, close to the boats to Raily beach, restaurants and night market. We needed a doctor and the staff helped us immediately. Very nice and helpful people. Bathroom sinks and toilet could be cleaner.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
