Thank you for the lovely stay! Keen for a quick "mini honeymoon", we came for a two-night stay in Studio 2 and were blown away! While Studio 2 doesn't have beach views, it's super spacious and has everything that you could need for your stay. The courtyard provides natural light, too. The location is super close to Bakoven Beach - a great spot to catch the sunset. It's also a short walk to the Camp's Bay strip and back (we also ventured further and walked to Maiden's Cove tidal pools and Clifton Fourth Beach - definitely doable and an awesome way to see everything). The staff were amazing! We had an easy quick check-in, our room had bottles of water and milk at the ready, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotlrss. We also popped by the South Beach Hotel for cocktails and a swim in their glorious pool, and both bartenders we met were super friendly and lovely. Reception was also quick to help with any queries and loadshedding tips - making the whole experience seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights and. Really enjoyed our stay in studio 3, and which is the studio overlooking the bay and rocks as show in the interior photo. The sunset was taken from the steps by the front door. The studio is very large and it very contemporary type of furnishing. The bed is so comfortable and the rain shower excellent. The kitchen works well, there is a huge TV which made movie watching a real pleasure. There is a nice private outside space with loungers that gets sun from late morning. The front door area gets sun from early on. The beach is only a minute of two away and the great restaurants of Camps Bay less than 10 min walk. The service from the staff was amazing and we really liked that we could use the hotel bar and pools which is only an 8 min walk away. It is end of season and perhaps could do with a touch up of paint in places. Like most apartments there wage occasionally heard others, dogs from neighbouring property and some road noise if the large windows were open…. But it was hit much and see the amazing views and the access to Camps Bay and the main hotel make it all with it. Thank you to all the staff from the reception desk, the friendly bar staff and security you really get the impression they enjoy their jobs and working there… it makes for a great experience for the guests

Studio 1 is a fabulous studio apartment! It has an excellent location with views over the nearby ocean and Bakoven / Beta Beach / Camps Bay beach all within walking distance as well as the Camps Bay strip. Spacious, bright and beautifully decorated studio with large living area, separate well sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you need if you decide to self cater. There is also an outdoor terrace - with two sun loungers - with views over the ocean. Immaculately clean, good WIFI, alarm system, onsite parking … basically everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay, always available, attentive, responsive and super friendly. I can’t wait to return!

Breath taking does not even capture the beauty of this house and its scenery! From the moment you walk in the house it's just "WOW" Based in Camps Bay, Cape Town (South Africa 🇿🇦♥) It's honestly a hidden gem and I feel that it was a score to have picked this for our holiday. It's a walking distance from shops, beach, police station, and restaurants. We found that so convenient and nice as we get to explore the town better. I'm never going to book city centre anymore as this place was marvellous. You have the whole house to yourself and its self catering which isn't a problem because it gives you the choice of preparing your own meals or just eat out. Most of the places are an uber away, or you could may use of the MyCity bus which is also so convenient. Next time you in Camps Bay, I do recommend this place 👌🏽

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
