The room was spacious and looked very nice, I really liked the shower! The Ambiente was very pretty with the pool in the center. The owner was very friendly, even recommended a tailor and a tattoo studio ,which I went to. We were able to rent a motorbike as well. Breakfast was included. The only negativ thing which kept me awake during the night was a scratching noise inside the walls, perhaps an animal.

Myself and partner have had the best two day stay here. Lyn the owner is so accommodating and friendly, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She arranged a hotel transfer for us from Da Nang airport for a very fair price, allowed us to check in late at night (she stayed awake especially to make sure we arrived okay and even cooked us eggs and left them in our room prior to our arrival so we wouldn’t be hungry!) as well as allowing us to check out late on our final day when we had trips booked in the morning meaning we couldn’t make 12am checkout. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need including a small fridge and very comfy bed. The bathroom was particularly nice with a great shower. Lyn’s home stay is in a great location, being located just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and only 15 minutes away from Hoi An’s ancient quarter by car/bike. The communal pool is very clean and well looked after. If you stay here make sure to visit the Massage parlour next door, myself and partner had one of the best massages we’ve ever had here! All in all, don’t hesitate to book this place if you need a chill place to stay on the outskirts of Hoi An.

4am and yet again I'm woken by karaoke and shouting from this homestay. It's so disrespectful of the community. Go party on the beach, it's 200m away and you can be as loud as you want. If you're looking for a place to stay in Hoi An, avoid this place. Avoid the entire area, even if you stay 200m from this place they'll wake you up.

New, clean, air conditioner, cold drinks. good location (only 30mt beach in front), 100mt restaurants (turn left). Same owner and manager (Key) of Beach Happy Village but no mini pool. Good price and perfect for a couple days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
