Great stay. The hotel was in a decent location on the loop with access to a lot of trains, app easy to get around town. Right across the street from a Gino's East, which has some of the best deep dish pizza we tried. The room was clean comfortable and large enough to have a desk and a sofa. Very nice bathroom. Staff was great. The attached but unaffiliated restaurant had excellent breakfast. Their breakfast tacos were very good. Gotham bagels, a very short walk away, was great for breakfast, too, but order ahead online

Our stay in hotel Blake during my son’s wedding in 2023 was wonderful. Hotel front desk manger Joyce provided warm hospitality and excellent room arrangements suitable for our need. The room is spacious, clean with cute design on the wall. I sincerely thank house keeper Yan Yung found my ring and eagerly seeking me for return before we checked out. The door man always smiles to greet the hotel guests. We will definitely come back in a near future. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE.

Really spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and very clean. Like some have mentioned, the lighting (other than the cool backlit bathroom mirror) is slightly atrocious (whoever picked out the fixtures must have done so when they were off!) but what earns the Blake five stars is their incredible staff. We've actually never stayed anywhere where everyone was so friendly and helpful, so well done Blake!

I was in Chicago recently for the bears game and I brought my mother because she's always wanted to see the bears play live at soldier Field. And I just have to say that the hotel Blake was by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. From the front desk to the housekeeping to the porter and the valet they were all fantastic. The customer service was amazing and they were all so friendly. The location was amazing it was easy to just valet my car and call a taxi to get where I wanted to go it's very very centrally located to a lot of major attractions in Chicago. I wanted to make sure that they all know how much we enjoyed our stay. Thank you all so much for making this trip a trip of a lifetime for my mother

Amazing hotel! One of the best I’ve been to and definitely the best value I’ve probably ever seen. Every worker was more than kind and attentive. Rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Couldn’t ask for more. They had a complimentary umbrella in the closet to use which came in handy for the couple days it rained. The mirror in the bathroom is also an led one which was really cool! Highly recommend!! Will definitely stay here next trip!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
