We splurged on a swim-out room and are so happy we did! My husband was recuperating from a 3-day hospital visit so we needed a place that was close to the beach where we could swim, rest and stroll. Very convenient 5-min walk to the beach. Our room was excellent. The king-size bed was very comfortable with a nicely appointed bathroom. (Watch out for the poorly placed floor drain next to the tub as we BOTH tripped on it several times). Staff was pleasant everywhere we went and we took advantage of the buffet breakfast every day of the 5 days we were there. We appreciated the 2 bottles of water each day and the free mocktail that we enjoyed at the swim-up bar. Sunset view from the rooftop pool was stunning! Wish it would stay open later than 8:00 pm but there is likely a history of drunk tourist behaviour that lead to that closing time. Really loved the Adults Only aspect. No complaints whatsoever. It was just what we needed - highly recommended.

Breakfast is great. Rooms/hotel has a mildew odor. Bed was big and comfy. Harley at the pool bar was excellent. Sunset view amazing. Hotel needs some renovations. Distance to beach was farther than expected based off previous reviews. Overall hotel is nice.

Stayed here during the new year holiday. Location of hotel is good, short walk to the beach. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar/pool. Our stay was not pleasant, as some others have reported, some of the rooms have a bad odor, the first room we were given had a sewage odor, especially in the bathroom. We reported the odor and was told they would clean the room. The odor did not go away, The staff then assigned us a new room the following day which was much better, however overall feeling was that of a low budget hotel. Cannot justify the high rate for what you get.

This hotel is only 200m from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. We loved the breakfast and the restaurant as well. The rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds although the showers and sinks had mould in the corners. The view from the roof top pool is nice, but I liked the downstairs pool more - it was quieter and had a swim up bar. Would recommend this hotel.

Location is very good, 5min walk to the beach and about 7min to get to the main street. The first room we got had a weird smell and there was hair on the floor. The second room was perfect. We could even get a glimpse of the ocean from our balcony. The pool is absolutely beautiful at sunset!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
