Overall: 4.5 Room size: comfortable Cleanliness: excellent Location: not too far away from the train station. Facilities: very good and convenient as there are washing machine and microwave provided. A small kitchen with plates, cups and utensils were also provided. Check in and check out procedure: excellent. The staff is also very responsive to texts. Dissatisfaction: 1. No floor mat to dry your wet feet 2. Cold winter air escapes through the window gap to enter the room. 3. The kitchen sink tap water and the heater of the room heats up quite slowly. 4. No proper toilet basin All in all, the room is still very good and comfortable at a reasonable price. I would recommend people to stay here and would even consider to re-book the room during my future visit to Tokyo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is very calm and safe, there are plenty of supermarkets and food options nearby. There are convenient subway stations only 5-10 min walking distance.

Good place. Very small rooms and not so comfy beds. I mean the beds were too plush for me but were fine. Only problem I had was they did not take garbage from our room or changed the sheet for the whole week we stayed there. Very close to Shin Okubo station which right by all the big cities like Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Stayed here in December (2019) and it was brilliant and in my opinion so was the price. The owner (If I remember correctly) showed us to our room and all the little instructions we'd need. The room was large considering it's place within central Tokyo, Immaculately clean and cosy. Washing machine came in handy, The washroom was brilliant and sometimes I didn't want to leave it was so nice and warm in there, the bed was really comfy too. Air con very useful and the kitchenette was handy. Located very close to a main train station with lots of convenience stores dotted around amongst other shops, though the hotel is tucked down an alley so it's nice and quiet. Overall had everything I needed and was a great place to come back to after exploring Tokyo all day. I would definitely recommend staying here if you go as a couple and the only reason I would not stay here on my next trip to Tokyo is if I was to stay in and explore a different area of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
