Living in art is something I've never done, and it is definitely a new and different experience. The concept of every room being some piece of art is fascinating and the rooms are not too cramped (considering it's Tokyo). Bathroom was spacious and modern as well. We stayed in the Igloo room and I loved the theme. My only complaint is the Igloo entrance is actually very low and you have to enter/exit it by lowering your head. This might make it authentic for the experience, but it gets annoying really soon and is a bit dangerous in the night when going to the toilet, esp. you're half asleep trying to navigate your way out of bed. Other than that it's a fantastic and unique experience worth the $$$ Also wanted to mention the staff who were accommodating and helped us with our luggage and any other assistance we needed. Awesome job!

I loved my selected room, «an urban nest». Stylish, arty, clean and comfortable. Good bed and an aircondition system that was easy to control. Tokyo hotel rooms are small, but this was very well designed. Bathroom and shower was enjoyable. Please let me thank the staff. They were super. Local area not the most vibrant in Tokyo. Quiet. Easy access to several metro lines. Only 6-7 minutes of walk to most of them.

This is the most unique hotel I have stayed at in my travels. The room was very cool and unique. It was on the smaller side, but for one person, it was fine. The staff was very kind and explained the concept of the hotel and my room when I was checking in. They spoke very well in English. They explained that the mural is changed around every 3 months, so definitely worth coming back to. Would 100% recommend visiting this place, and it is not that far away from tokyo station.

Room was the "hardcore games room" for three nights, stayed with a friend. From the photos I was expecting video games, but the theme is actually board games--still very cool. Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was impeccably clean and the location is perfect. You're close to multiple stations and subway lines so you can explore freely, but there's plenty to do nearby. There's a funky lounge/restaurant/bar to chill at if that's your vibe. All in all a great experience, would definitely recommend. I'd love to try a different room when I'm next in Tokyo.

Concept and staff were great. But I didn't really get the point of the "dam" room. It was ok idea, but the execution and quality of the room wasn't really in line with the rest of the hotel. Bathrooms were very clean and nice, but the room itself lacked a really artsy feel as the quality of the materials were lacking. Not sure if I would return purely for the hotel aspect, but can understand some may appreciate the art aspect more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
