Terrific location in the heart of Aachen's old town. Nice room that was surprisingly quiet, albeit somewhat on the smallish side. Note that check-in is automated via a touchscreen terminal - so make sure that you have your door and check-in code available when you arrive!

The place has a very neat interior which made me feel very much at home. Still, all rooms seem somewhat tiny - which is ok for one or two nights. Beware of the proximity to bars and pub. During summer times atmosphere at night times might be a little bit too dense for sensible people........

We did reservation by phone since internet did not work, friendly person who helped us and gave us all information. When we accessed the hotel, we could not Acces the room. So i called the number of the Hotel again and had a very unpleasant and unfriendly person on the telephone (Mr Daniels). After a minute hé reconnected me (he really did not want to talk or do anything). He connected me to An other female collegue, friendly lady, but not possible to reserve the room. If you don't have alot of time, stay away from this awfully bad organised business.
